UCLA Veterans

The U.S. government and private institutions offer up a wide array of financial benefits to help support the military-affiliated community in a show of gratitude for their service. One of the most popular options is the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill offered by the Defense Department and Veterans Affairs Department, but there are many more packages available.

Understanding and locating your benefits can be a difficult process-- to help ease this process, we have a list of benefits below that may be useful to you. We also suggest staying up to date to ensure you meet all eligibility requirements and working with the Department of Veterans Affairs to complete all the necessary paperwork.

If you are currently attending UCLA and have questions regarding your benefits, please contact our Veterans Benefits Coordinator Ryan Redding at vabenefit@registrar.ucla.edu and include your student ID as well as which benefits you are using.
