Daniel Gallegos is originally from Reseda, California, and is a resident of the San Fernando Valley. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Daniel is an Army veteran who served as a Religious Affairs Specialist (56M) from 2016 to 2022. In this role, he supported soldiers and their families at both the battalion and brigade levels. His assignments included the 532nd Military Intelligence Battalion at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, the 782nd Military Intelligence Battalion (CYBER) at what was originally Fort Gordon, Georgia, and the 229th Military Intelligence Battalion, followed by the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center at the Presidio of Monterey, California. Daniel began at UCLA in August 2024 as a School Certifying Official. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and exploring new culinary delights around Los Angeles.
