Grad Pack Pickup (May - various dates)
Congratulations to all our graduating military-connected students! We are incredibly proud of your achievements and want to ensure you have everything you need for your upcoming commencement ceremonies.
Please stop by the Veteran Resource Center (VRC – 132 Kerckhoff Hall) during the following windows to collect your graduation materials and celebrate this milestone with us.
Pick-Up Schedule
• May 2nd: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• May 4th – 6th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• May 12th – 14th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• May 15th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Your VRC Graduation Pack Includes:
• Commemorative Cord: To wear during your ceremony.
• VRC Challenge Coin: A token of our appreciation for your service and academic success.
• Sash Patch: To customize your graduation regalia.
• Professional Photo: We will have a setup ready to capture your graduation portrait.
Important Instructions:
• Bring Your Gear: We highly encourage you to bring your cap and gown for the professional photo session.
• Verification Required: Please be prepared to show proof of your Declared Candidacy Term (accessible via MyUCLA) to receive your pack.
• Check-In: When you arrive at the VRC, please ask for Kiran to get started.
Memorial Day Flag Pick Up (May 26, 2026)
